Due to the perishable nature of our products, Candy Pros only accepts returns on unopened, non-edible merchandise within 14 days of delivery. To ensure food safety and quality, all candy and food sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage, melting, or missing items before opening the individual product seals.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the issues to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the eligible, unopened items back into their original shipping box, ensuring you include a copy of your RMA form to prevent processing delays.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and verifies the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
